The research intends to make a study of the interventions of restoration aimed at predicting the durability of useful life and of the acceptable state of the parts and the buildings in conventional normal conditions. The technological integration must be verified at different levels of comparison and on the appropriateness of the choices, where the innovation tends to respect the "ancient" plant and construction systems, re-evaluating and exploiting, the natural resources. The aim is to establish an operative methodology for the durability of the interventions based on a quality approach of the various phases of the process of building restoration, and also to carry out an interdisciplinary project defined between tradition and innovation defined by the quality classes of the building organism.
La ricerca intende effettuare uno studio degli interventi di restauro volti a prevedere la durabilità della vita utile e dello stato accettabile delle parti e degli edifici in condizioni normali convenzionali. L'integrazione tecnologica deve essere verificata a diversi livelli di confronto e sull'adeguatezza delle scelte, dove l'innovazione tende a rispettare gli “antichi” sistemi impiantistici e costruttivi, rivalutando e valorizzando, le risorse naturali. L'obiettivo è quello di stabilire una metodologia operativa per la durabilità degli interventi basata su un approccio di qualità delle varie fasi del processo di restauro edilizio, nonché di realizzare un progetto interdisciplinare definito tra tradizione e innovazione definito dalle classi di qualità dell’organismo edilizio.
