The Inclusive teacher profile has been published by the European Agency as part of its project on teacher training. The Profile presents four significant value dimensions, each containing distinct competences, as the foundation for the articulation of various areas of competence. This paper examines the concept of inclusion from a normative standpoint, emphasizing the trajectory that Italian legislation has undertaken to ensure the provision of an Inclusive School capable of meeting the needs of all students.
