Abstract
In line with what has been addressed by the urban and environmental regeneration of the "Ancient Kroton", within which this research is part of the redevelopment of the former industrial site ( Eni), focuses in particular on the tools that can be used to mobilize and involve the properties of the soils, for the consultation of the Subjects concerned and the sharing of the objectives in the conversion project. This research aims to deepen policies and processes aimed at the urban and environmental development and regeneration of the former ENI area, and parts of the city connected to it. The city of Crotone has initiated and developed a policy of conversion-related interventions, regeneration and enhancement of its cultural, environmental and landscape heritage, in order to start a "cultural revolution", on which to base processes of social and economic development. It is the project to enhance "Old Kroton" and the environmental, tourist and cultural system of Crotone and Capo Colonna. The case study will be structured through a careful comparative evaluation, supported by a more in-depth analysis of good practices, in the Italian and community. The general objective arises above all in relation to a need, that of a new search for cultural and collective identity, which in this project must be a "journey of knowledge" based on the exploration of visible and invisible places .The City of Crotone "It's a strategic actor" that can define a new system of offering against the different targets of cultural tourism, a choice defined and alternative to the one already experienced in the production and industrial field.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
