The pedagogical processes appear increasingly multiform and tend to become decisive for the formation of the personality in an increasingly complex society, such as ours, in which the innovation of knowledge, skills and specific knowledge are decisive. In this context, general pedagogy has the primary task of focusing on what is the most appropriate educational and training model for our time. The latter task inevitably involves also the philosophy of education that becomes more and more decisive as it assumes a particular role towards the knowledge of education. Indeed, pedagogy today is more and more connoted as a knowledge in need of critical reflexivity and therefore of the need to apply it to general problems and this is why it cannot do without the philosophy of education that knowledge makes rigorous
