The contribution focuses on a reflection to reconceptualize a socio-educational policy that looks at the well-being of the person and, specifically, those with disabilities, at the promotion of rights; in short, at a community care that becomes a place of welcome for those needs that are the basis of the quality of life. It would be a matter of implementing what is present in the legislation starting from the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the 2030 Agenda and Law 328/2000, that is, the possibility for people with disabilities to use those services that ensure that each individual realizes all their individual pre rogatives to project themselves into the future. This would allow us to move away from that ethical relativism that ignores personal and social identity in the name of an active citizenship, whose demand ability\ requires\ multiple perspectives\ and consciences ready to well-being.
