The 19th International Research Symposium on Service Excellence in Management (QUIS19) took place from June 3 to 6, 2025, at the Department of Business Studies, Roma Tre University. In this context, Service Research and Service Education play a key role in guiding organizations toward innovative and responsible transformation.
