The 19th International Research Symposium on Service Excellence in Management (QUIS19) took place from June 3 to 6, 2025, at the Department of Business Studies, Roma Tre University. Centered on “Service Research and Education: A Path to Digital and Sustainable Transformation,” the symposium addressed the need to understand how technology and sustainability are reshaping services, service ecosystems, and human interactions, and how these shifts intersect with ethical and environmental concerns. In this context, Service Research and Service Education play a key role in guiding organizations toward innovative and responsible transformation. The symposium featured 195 papers reflecting the latest developments and forward-looking trends in the field of service management.
