Apprendimento diffuso e attivazione comunitaria per il contrasto alla povertà educativa nelle aree periferiche

with a weakening of social and institutional networks, a lack of services and opportunities, compounded by depopulation due to both low birth rates and the departure of young people. The P.L.A.C.E. Research Laboratory of Unipegaso-Espéro has established its in vivo laboratory in a peripheral area of southeastern Salento to experiment with educational models that can activate a productive link between the territory, participation, and social planning to counteract the impoverishment of these communities. We present the outcomes of several projects, including the "Invented Archive of Tobacco Culture," which aim to frame the territory as a widespread learning environment, suitably "prepared" and supported by a pact between institutions, the third sector, and schools.

Le aree interne, ovvero periferiche, del nostro Paese sono interessate da fenomeni di povertà educativa, con indebolimento delle reti sociali e istituzionali, carenza di servizi e di opportunità, a cui si aggiunge lo spopolamento, sia per denatalità, ma anche per l’abbandono da parte dei giovani. Il Laboratorio di ricerca P.L.A.C.E. di Unipegaso-Espéro, ha eletto il suo laboratorio in vivo in un’area periferica del Salento sud-orientale per sperimentare modelli educativi che possano attivare un legame produttivo tra territorio, partecipazione e progettualità sociale per contrastare il depauperamento di quelle comunità. Presentiamo gli esiti di alcuni progetti, tra cui “L’Archivio Inventato La Cultura del Tabacco”, tesi a configurare il territorio come un ambiente di apprendimento diffuso, opportunamente “preparato” e sorretto da un patto tra istituzioni, terzo settore, scuole.
