L’interesse alla tutela della salute del minore deve essere considerato preminente rispetto all’utilizzo all’interno dell’istituto scolasticodi un impianto Wi-Fi senza fili che origina campi elettromagnetici, potendo gli istituti scolastici fornire agli studenti il servizio internetanche mediante modalità alternative.
