In un mondo sempre più “liquido” la lifelong education deve porsi come obiettivo strategico trasversale il saper divenire. Il che comporta lo sviluppo di una capacità di autogestione formativa e progettuale dell’adulto, che parta dai propri saperi esperienziali. In tale prospettiva gli approcci riflessivo-biografici diventano strumenti importanti per rafforzare i soggetti nell’affrontare scelte responsabili e competitive.
