ALEAS app is a training system that can be used to improve students’ work during a typical statistic course. ALEAS supports students’ learning providing several resources (tests, videos, cartoons, texts) usable through mobile devices for ubiquitous learning aimed at students in higher education courses in humanities (psychology, education, social sciences, etc.) where statistics is a hurdle to overcame. The app provides an environment where the user is able to train itself, in parallel with the work in the university classroom. In this paper the authors describe the architecture of the application, highlighting the logical blocks and the structure of the application. The app is downloadable, free and open on the Google Play Store.

Abstract
ALEAS app is a training system that can be used to improve students’ work during a typical statistic course. ALEAS supports students’ learning providing several resources (tests, videos, cartoons, texts) usable through mobile devices for ubiquitous learning aimed at students in higher education courses in humanities (psychology, education, social sciences, etc.) where statistics is a hurdle to overcame. The app provides an environment where the user is able to train itself, in parallel with the work in the university classroom. In this paper the authors describe the architecture of the application, highlighting the logical blocks and the structure of the application. The app is downloadable, free and open on the Google Play Store.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
