I Paesi del Global South, più esposti alle crisi climatiche, ambientali, energetiche edi insicurezza alimentare cagionate principalmente dai Paesi del Global North, da unlato risultano caratterizzati rispetto a questi ultimi da una maggiore centralità del fattorereligioso e protagonisti di molte dinamiche migratorie e, dall’altro, hanno cominciato adindagare nuovi paradigmi produttivi e di sostenibilità alimentare in risposta alle crisi in atto.
