in this contribution is discussed the incremental progress in the field of automation, a development primarily driven by advancements and innovations in the domain of artificial intelligencethe issue of personal development is likely to become even more crucial, especially considering that the skills that will prove essential have not yet been firmly integrated into the various school systems. In the context of evolving employment trends, educational institutions are beginning to formulate initial guidelines to prepare students for careers that are less susceptible to automation through artificial intelligence. A number of studies have been proposed to date, and although these are still in their infancy, an initial framework of possible directions has already been delineated.
