The article highlights the value of adopting a multidisciplinary approach to developing an individual's corporeality—a dimension that has only recently gained renewed attention. This aspect should be explored from an educational perspective, considering both the outcomes achieved and the methods used, at both group and individual levels. Acknowledging this independent dimension within educational content and objectives places the body at the center of relationships and experiences within the school setting. It also underscores the importance of motor activities as a training environment that engages all participants, fostering the development of both professional and personal identity. This study seeks to assess the effectiveness of an experimental educational proposal, centered on a corporeality-focused laboratory within the context of athletics. It positions this approach as a significant educational resource for Physical and Sports Education, demonstrating how, beyond traditional instruction based on physical exercise and sports practice, this subject can evolve into a pedagogical science and fully support students in their developmental journey (Di Maglie, 2021).

Abstract
It positions this approach as a significant educational resource for Physical and Sports Education, demonstrating how, beyond traditional instruction based on physical exercise and sports practice, this subject can evolve into a pedagogical science and fully support students in their developmental journey (Di Maglie, 2021).I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
