This paper explores the role of temporality—the perception of time and its use as a regulator—as a semiotic driver for sustainable development. A dynamic framework for organizational change to promote sustainability is proposed, based on semiotic-cultural psychology theory and the fourth paradigm for twenty-first-century careers. The SCOPRI Method provides a holistic perspective on the intertwinement of organizational subjectivity. Illustrative scenarios demonstrate how interpretive expansion practices and participatory career design promote semiotic capital, synchronize individual and organizational temporalities and convert constraints into innovation's driver. Embedding multi-tiered temporal horizons within organizations enhances intergenerational equity, improves risk anticipation and fosters meaningful work. It is contended that this perspective elevates psychological intervention from diagnostic assessment to strategic co-construction, thereby promoting sustainable careers and organizational resilience.
