In particular, the paper investigates the possible existence of relevant disciplinary sporting sanctions, that is, capable of producing legal and economic consequences on the rights guaranteed also by the state system. The legal nature of the sports federations and the setting of the conditions for appealing to the Strasbourg Court in the presence of disciplinary sporting measures are also being examined.
