The depiction of self broadcast online finds reasons and justifica- tions in collective drives attributable to the idolization of the body. In this paper we investigate the philosophical nature of such depic- tions and the cult of the depiction of self. At the same time, we also try to shape the philosophical discourse as a pedagogical act within the digital contemporaneity.
