Invisible vulnerabilities are an integral part of the human experience, particularly during adolescence. Throughout history, efforts to address these vulnerabilities have relied on traditional media and narrative practices, including literature, storytelling, books, and personal diaries, and, more recently, on blogs, social media, and artificial intelligence. The digital revolution has profoundly transformed the nature of these therapeutic media, creating new opportunities while also introducing significant risks and challenges. These developments call for a critical reflection on how to prevent the illusion of healing and instead promote genuine holistic well-being.

Abstract
Invisible vulnerabilities are an integral part of the human experience, particularly during adolescence. Throughout history, efforts to address these vulnerabilities have relied on traditional media and narrative practices, including literature, storytelling, books, and personal diaries, and, more recently, on blogs, social media, and artificial intelligence. The digital revolution has profoundly transformed the nature of these therapeutic media, creating new opportunities while also introducing significant risks and challenges. These developments call for a critical reflection on how to prevent the illusion of healing and instead promote genuine holistic well-being.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
